gailward57 Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 I just signed up for the new Mailhosts as Spamcop advised. Now every spam I report I get the error message "no source IP address found, cannot proceed". I think my Hosts/Domain is incorrect so I tried them all but it's still not working. I believe the issue might be that I own my own domain and it's hosted by Network Solutions but my only choices are for ***.registeredsite.com and none of them are working. Anyone have a solution?? Received: from unknown (HELO atl4mhib36.myregisteredsite.com) (209.17.115.171) by 0 >- by 0 The server idenfies itself as "0" which is not a valid server name. That causes the SpamCop parse to abort. Servers that document the transfer of email in the headers should identify themselves with the true name that their IP resolves to.
