SMTP problem with 451+qq+internal+bug+(#4.3.0)

Recommended Posts

Hi

My SMTP server has been experiencing intermittent issues with outgoing mail routed to my Spamcop account over the past few days.

The SMTP logs show "451+qq+internal+bug+(#4.3.0)" against the send attempts.

Anyone know of any issues that might be causing this and any recommendations for a remedy?

Thanks in advance

Simon

Thanks for advice.

I've only been working as a web developer for 17 years, so I hadn't thought of Googling the issue!

;-)

My server is MailEnable on a Windows 2003 box. I have spoken with my server support guys and they reckon the problem is at Spamcop's end, which is why I raised the issue here.

Anyone out there with any suggestions?

Cheers

Simon

I've switched the routing of my email account from Spamcop to Gmail and there is no issue - mail flies through!

So my support guys would appear to be correct in assuming that the issue is Spamcop-side.

The plot thickens! :-)

log in and hit the problem button
