Netblock is 216.107.131.1 - 216.107.131.150 I believe that was the listed SpamCop contact, but I think it was bouncing. I've advised them of this, so maybe they'll fix whatever was causing it to bounce. I guessed that "abuse[at]kvchosting.com" would also work and sent them a user-copied report and got a reply back, so you might want to use that as well.
