Crossing Domains confuses mail-hosts reg.

For some reason my ISP mail account crosses at least 1, possibly 2 domains in every case. Thus, when I try to register my mail host, SPAMCOP rejects it because it crosses domains. I have no control over how they route my mail. SPAMCOP doesn't currently support a way to register this configuration. I sent a copy of the registration probe as directed, but have received no assistance. I cannot report spam that makes it through SPAMCOP's filters because of this issue.

How can I register my configuration? Or is this still in code development phase? Whatever the case, it would be nice to know.

When did you send the email to us? If was in the last couple of days we are behind on mail.

I used the web-posting feature to post the complete probe contents on the evening of 22-Apr.

I realize I'm ont the only one with issues and it may take time to have mine addresed.

I assume you requested a waiver from that site and that is what you are waiting for?

I'm not trying to be rude, I just don't know what you submitted and to whom. I would not want you waiting forever thinking you are waiting for a reply when no request was sent.

Ooo! This is new. The response to clicking on that is:

(sic) Wiaver request sent. You will be notified when waiver has been granted

As my (faulty) memory is returning, I got an email at some point from Ellen instructing me to email the probe source to deputies <at> spamcop.net which I did back in april. It was that email I was hoping to get some response on. I think perhaps the 'Wiaver" request is a new feature, because I don't remember seeing that before.

I'll see what happens now. Thanks for pointing me to that option! (misspelling not withstanding)

If you generated a waiver it will show up in our mailbox and I will get to it as soon as I can.
