Sort of like talking to a typical Yankees fan in New England. Once you can get them beyond 1918, 26 championships, and Babe Ruth, some of them actually are quite knowledgable about baseball. Spamcop is better than many because it lists only the IP that was actually reported (one way or another) and automatically drops the listing after reports stop. Some other lists gradually increase the range to incorporate other IP's which have never had anything to do with spamming. Other lists require a payment be made or groveling to the administration to be removed. Still others have no documented way to ever be removed. It is quicker to add IP's because it is designed to stop spam runs in progress. It is also quicker to drop them off the list once spam has stopped. Again, yourbuddy, how do you propose to stop the spam coming from these shared hosts without accepting the messages and incurring the charges that go along with it. SpamBozo, do you really not understand that your obnoxious abuse of those that come to the Help Forum, makes you look less than smart. Or is "SpamBo" to have the intent of "Rambo" - it would sort of fit - big bully, shoots and kills, acts as a vigilante, and is oh so "American".
