NO - IP addresses are automatically removed from the SpamCop block list within 24 hours of spam from them ceasing. They can only be removed before that if the administrator of the network responsible certifies the source of the spam has been isolated.

RESERVE FOR LEGIT EMAIL SERVER

CHANGE TO SECURE PASSWORD

SCAN INFECTED COMPUTER FOR MALWARE

I agree.

A good first port of call for a request for removal from any blacklist is the list's lookup page. A link to that page is commonly (but not always) provided in non-delivery reports, and will normally provide useful information about what needs to happen before removal from the list occurs.
