Sending mail using @yahoo and @aol email addresses

Recommended Posts

Just a heads up:

Both Yahoo and AOL have implemented DMARC and have set their policy to 'reject'.

What this means:

IF you are using our SMTP and/or ANY SMTP other than yahoo or aol to send mail;

AND you use your aol or yahoo email address as the From;

AND you send to domains/inbound servers that observe DMARC policy;

THEN your mail will not be delivered/accepted.

If the recipient server does not observe DMARC then your mail should be delivered.
