This IP doesn't belong to our IP pool

I received a message "This IP doesn't belong to our IP pool" from an administrator in response to my Spamcop report. What does this mean and what should I do about it?

Which one responded? From your post it looks to me like Someone sent you an email using IP address 178.63.170.158 saying "This IP (178.63.170.158) doesn't belong to our IP pool"

I also see that that IP address is listed in

I would do nothing. Looks to me like the spammer is saying "Who me??"
