Posted March 21, 2005 Share Posted March 21, 2005 Let's put it this way - there are many known open proxies in China and Korea that have been reported to Level 3 and that continue to get transit from Level 3. Of course, the same applies to Chinanet, Kornet, Savvis, AT&T, and MCI, but Level 3 is the only one of those with "Internal spamcop handling".
