So I have registered my spam email account with this mailhost system. Now I´m being asked to add all (?)my other ones as well or I´ll be spammed again? Do I get this right? In general, you should register ALL mailhosts (servers) you receive email on so you can then report it without having any problems. If you have accounts that do not get spam that are on completely different (servers, domains) then you do not really need to register that one.
