MailHosts and GMail

Recommended Posts

GMail is now offering (for a limited time) free email forwarding to another account. I've got a GMail account (and if anyone wants one, lemme know... <G>) and I've enabled forwarding. Problem is, when I try to set up a MailHosts entry for them, I can't seem to get it to work. I dont' have an option to view the source of an email, and I don't have an option to forward as an attachment.

Thanks...

Never mind... I figured it out. GMail is being "cute" with the labels they give their menu options. No "View Source" is there, but "View Original" is there... I missed that the first time I looked. That allowed me to view the source and to cut/paste into the webform...

Just thought I'd post that here in case anyone else with a GMail account wants to set up the MailHosts.

Forwards like that will probably require the waiver process to be followed. There should have been directions (were way back when I set mine up) on how to do this in the error message email.

I need the body of the email -- along with the complete headers - to see what the problem is. You can email them to me at the address in my sig

At this point I have no idea whether it is the domainkey or not.
