If you're talking about an account issues, contact service at spamcop.net with enough data that they can identify you. If you're talking about you signing yourself up for a e-mail subscription to the newsgroup contents, then either go back and read all the first e-mails where you got the first option to say yes/not to the subscription request or take a look at each of the e-mail deliveries since then and follow directions there to unsubscribe.
