Adding a whole domain

If I own a few domains, and use different email addresses from all of these (eg help[at]x.com, info[at]x.com), which all forward to ONE account, can I add all accounts from this domain at once?

Will entering simply "[at]x.com" work?

For all the x.com addresses that is correct. If all of the domains use the same mail route (same MX records, same servers, etc) you may end up with only one entry, but you should still configure for all the domains to be sure the domain gets entered properly.
