Reporting Enhancement: Decode URL Carriers

As currently implemented, in the case of encoded multipart/mixed forms with "Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64", the Parser v1.460 will only decode the text/plain part (producing the line "[ This spam was encoded base64. Normal text is below. ]"), and will leave the text/html part alone, as seen in the Preview of Tracking URL http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z774518532za6...fef34c4e1beffez (which shows only the gibberish encoded text/plain, not the actual message encoded text/html). Please decode and send ALL parts which are capable of carrying URLs in machine-readable format. It would be really nice if the Parser could decode the URLs in the graphics via OCR software and the cycles could be spared to do that in production.
