Spybot Search&Destroy Components

Recommended Posts

For those of you that run Spybot Search&Destroy, what do you think of its components SDHelper and TeaTimer? Are they worth the CPU and RAM it takes to run them? Even on Pentium III and below CPUs which already need more RAM? Thanks!

I run SDHelper (assuming that's the "IE add-in" thingy) on everything here where I work. I only run TeaTimer on the more powerful PCs as it's such a memory hog!

No, they are not worth the overhead. I trimmed back to the core components and also run with Spyware Blaster and the new Microsoft tools.
