I replaced my hostname with [hostname] in the text for privacy purposes, but everything else is as is. Any help would be much appreciated. I report everything as attachments. I've got dozens of submissions in my Reports History listed as 'No reports filed.'

Answer is right there .... You apparently tried to do the MailHost Configuration thing .. but never finished it before trying to submit your stuff for parsing/reporting ...

I was going to offer up a non-MailHost Configured Tracking URL, but .. your edits make it to much work to try to construct something from your sample ....

I think if these instructions would use layman terms and just say that to process spam reports, the user needs to first register the mail server/domain (userdomain.com) that they're getting spam through by sending the full headers and body of an email they get from there (email[at]userdomain.com), it'd be a lot easier to understand.

Perhaps try the SpamCop FAQ at the top of this screen and try again ???? For example, some of what you missed by not going there;
