This is the qmail-send program at blade5.cesmail.net. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <xxx[at]xxx.xxx>: User not found: xxx[at]xxx.xxx =================================== (email address above replaced by xxx for security) I have several other Spamcop accounts and have no problem with configuration. But this one does not appear to be working correctly. I'd like to find somebody to fix it, but am getting no response from any email addresses I am trying. (email address above replaced by xxx for security) OK, but that sure makes it hard to do any research. The "fix" based on what little data you provided would seem to be fixing the "username" in a field or two in your settings ... assumedly the "name" as actually used on that new account at the other place ...
