Hi out there,

A customer had trouble sending an email to me. Below is the message she got on her bounced email. I don't suppose anyone knows what it means?

I'd be so grateful for an interpretation.

Hi out there,

I'd be so grateful for an interpretation.

Your customer's mailserver is spewing spam. To protect your inbox (and to save money) your ISP is refusing to accept any mail at all from that server. It's all in the FAQs.

UPDATE: The server that your customer was using is no longer listed so the mail should bget through OK for now.

HOWEVER it seems that your ISP has been rejecting your mail without your knowing it, take this issue up with them and see if you have a 'whitelisting' facility whereby you can override the reject for your known customers. That way the baby doesn't get thrown out with the bathwater.

Your customer should consider getting an ISP that is more proactive in dealing with spammers on its system: they've been sent reports for over a week and have apparently done nothing, leading to the server getting listed.
