Jeff G. Posted March 27, 2004 Share Posted March 27, 2004 This problem was affecting SpamCop Email System Customers who use popgate to fetch mail from their MSN and MSN Hotmail accounts. The symptoms were mail not showing up, "Error Count: [a number that kept increasing]". and "Last Error: Invalid password." JT reset the popgate server to fix the problem. Reported downtime was from Mar 26 2004, 07:09 PM to Mar 27 2004, 01:44 PM (18 hours, 35 minutes, all times EST). Please see Hotmail pickup .... for more information.
