henry1303 Posted May 19, 2011 Share Posted May 19, 2011 I'm receiving Spamcop Summary Reports and I can see that some users reporting my messages as spam : IP_Address Start/Length Trap User Mole Simp Comments RDNS 82.96.136.166 May 17 15h/0 0 1 0 0 aa166.mx83.fr. I would like to get the detailed report, but I don't understand where it is currently sent ... could one of you clarify which mailbox should be configured on my side ? Farelf Posted May 19, 2011 Share Posted May 19, 2011 ISP reports go to abuse[at]gn-noc.com http://www.spamcop.net/sc?track=82.96.136.166 or http://www.spamcop.net/sc?track=aa166.mx83.fr That reporting covers all of mx83.fr - and all of Graal Network presumably (82.96.136.0 - 82.96.139.255, maybe more). There is no indication that you have an admin role for the mx83.fr domain but you might be able to arrange detailed reports if you were.
