Registered etc. and forwarded the spam to the address shown... came back with... SpamCop encountered errors while saving spam for processing: SpamCop could not find your spam message in this email: What's happening, everything was there, even sent the message back in the reply. At the top of each report page is a tracking URL which looks like this: This page may be saved for future reference: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z620411753zda...bcdfc7c4444263z please cut and paste this for your problem so we can see what's going on. Just post the tracking URL (if you don't understand what this is, please see Spambo's reply to "Total newbie - confused!"). ...Second: the reason for the question about Outlook is that Outlook/Exchange sometimes modify e-mail internet headers to the extent that the SpamCop spam parser can not (and should not be expected to) handle. Mailhosts?? 15840[/snapback] Hi Karo, You need to 'tell' SpamCop about the account(s) from which you are forwarding spam. This is to prevent the parser reporting yur own ISP as the source by mistake. Maybe you've found this by now? You need to log on to www.spamcop.net with you username and password and then use the Mailhosts button on the left.
