Newsgroups vs Forum, an on going battle

I am beginning to understand what the newsgroup members are talking about when they refer to secrect or hidden newsgroups.

The link to the newsgroups that Jeff G. included displays only a partial list of the current newsgroups and is missing a very important one "routing" which seems to be the only offical place to post routing questions.

Going to SpamCop.net and clicking on newsgroups provides the same problem.

Wazoo got arround the problem with the link to newsgroups in the fourm headers which does display all of the current groups.

My link to the news server itself was a bit of over-reaction to contrast the "Wazoo is trying to kill off the newsgroups" crap .. and as you can see, so what ... apparently, I'm still trying to kill off the newsgroups <g>
