"Release and Whitelist" just worked for me, but I don't forward. I have posted this info at http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=4729.

Saw that post, saw that it was all by itself ... saw that there was nothing to match "here" yet .... once again, hard to go with "there's a problem" when there's only one report.

Posted a query "over there" asking if perhaps the account in question had been flagged as bouncing ....

I have done the following testing, using one test email message from my Archive mailbox/Folder, and using my Yahoo! UK account as a destination:

1. Forward. OK.

2. Redirect. OK (except for the mangling of the old Received Header Lines which I've reported before).

3. Release and Whitelist (to my Webmail Inbox mailbox/Folder). OK.

4. Turn on Webmail Forwarding and watch a "SpamCop Quick reporting data" email message be forwarded. OK.

5. Release and Whitelist. OK.

6. Turn off Webmail Forwarding. OK.

Please contact JT via support[at]spamcop.net, as this problem is happening with your account, but not mine.
