Marisa Posted February 25, 2004 Share Posted February 25, 2004 Over the past couple of days, I have been receiving bounced messages back to me from email accounts I never sent to. When I look at the from: and to:, the email address looks something like this fdsfkslfkjsdflsjflksdjf[at]alexram.com alexram.com being my domain name The messages are pure spam. It's just a matter of hours until someone accuses me of spam and my domain shut down. Where can I go to resolve this issue? What course of action can I take to protect myself? Miss Betsy Posted February 25, 2004 Share Posted February 25, 2004 This is a much too common practice for anyone to accuse you of spamming. There is not much you can really do about it except wait it out and filter out the bounces. There is a pinned FAQ which might explain it in more detail. (I don't remember what it says).
