thanks for the quick response. maybe I posted in the wrong place. I care not about submitting spam. I just want to download email from spamcop to Outlook. I'm happy to to go webmail to flag spam if it gets through. any other ideas?

can someone point me to Outlook 2007 setup instructions? I assume they exist but search has not produced them. Thanks. JEJ
