For about the past week whenever I try to report a message that originates from Microsoft's Office365 handle it sends the message to some weird sewr [at] senpluspluseop.onmicrosoft.com

It seems almost like Microsoft is hijacked because if you do a whois on the IP 40.107.244.53 the address for reporting spam should be abuse@microsoft.com

Same here, I have to refresh the page numerous times to get the spam reported.

We have been receiving literally the same spam email every single day from the same network and it still is not on SpamCops block list. The network is Layerhost and it's clearly a spammers heaven but I report these Emails eveyry day and SpamCop does not block it. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Well I just found out another interesting tidbit about Bronto, aperentlly the company is becoming defunct next month. I guess this means everyone in the abuse department has left and spammers are taking advantage of this situation for the next few days.

For the past month I have been receiving at least 8 abusive emails a day from IP addresses owned by bronto.com. Looking at the whois for these IPs it shows they are owned by TierPoint, LLC. The reverse DNS of the IPs show they are coming from Bronto.com which appears to be a tenant of TierPoint. Bronto is owned by Oracle NetSuite and is a marketing platform. Every day I submit these Emails to SpamCop, forward the full Email and headers to the abuse addresses listed at abuse@tierpoint.com support@tierpoint.com and abuse@bronto.com but they never reply, never respond to the SpamCop tickets, and continue to send spam.
I have even spoke with someone at TierPoint directly about the abuse issue and they responded I will have to contact Bronto and there is nothing they can do about it. Is there any reason SpamCop is not seeing that Bronto is a spam operation and adding it to the bl.spamcop.net blocking list?

From what I can see from https://www.spamcop.net/sc?track=8.8.8.8, it would appear that there might be a manual entry put in by deputies[at]admin[dot]spamcop[dot]net.

I second this. Right now I am being inundated with random Gmail accounts sending our users "lead list" emails and they are trying to get around our spam filter by adding a hidden dot in between the keywords.
Is Spamcop saying that Google doesn't care anymore?
Microsoft spam reports go to the sewer?

Well whatever it is it doesn't seem to be working. I just received a spam message that I have been receiving for two weeks and I have reported numerous times.
