I found that same microsoft link as well. The other two links are from same IP and different types of spam email.

I keep on getting Pharma spam from an IP address hosted on Hivelocity. Examples: https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6718481917zc4abf9ffa08d2dda502e6f9b92563106z https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6718419512z517e31b886b547f15ed63387bfca7e9az https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6718434987zf622609bbd3d4745225082e50d85f93dz Hivelocity comes back each time saying their client has not been spamming and how do I know the email comes from their server. So again, I copy and paste the headers, they copy and paste the response from their client. My spam traps are getting at least 4-5 emails per day, I report them to spamcop and Hivelocity, and nothing gets done, the spam continues and not even blacklisted.
