  1. Yes. This use to be the case for me before I started using gmail as a spam filter for my domain mail. Then it became second to gmail spam. I've had discussions with namecheap at great length on how to handle spammers. At one point I was getting over 100 spam a day from domains registered with namecheap. Namecheap has become a spammers delight. They don't bother to verify anything. At one point my spammer didn't hide his whois information and I found out his name and real email address. I contacted him directly and told him I'd save him money if he would stop spamming me. Told him how I was reporting it and it was me that was causing him to lose his domains within the day he purchased them. He removed me. But every once in a while I get rotated back on his list and I email him and remind him after I've closed about 50.
  2. I use google-cloud-compliance@google.com works perfectly.
  3. You know how google ignores abuse@, spam@ and even their reporting form? Well they don't ignore google-cloud-compliance@google.com I've been sending all my reports to that email address. I got it one time when spamcop actually sent in a report to it. It's been working! I use to have emails daily from "colleen" who was using gmail. Everyday for weeks my reports via spamcop and even their form page went ignored. The very day I grabbed this email address and reported her no more emails. I don't know how long this will work, but I hope it helps.
  4. I find that when I get spam that goes to cloudlfare it's ALWAYS connected to namecheap. So I end up reporting to abuse@namecheap.com which spamcop doesn't. I do it myself and namecheap doesn't play games. They've deleted every domain. I have no idea why the two are connected on my end, but it's fun to get the emails from namecheap saying "We see the domain is blacklisted and we have taken action against the domain owner." It's gotten to the point I don't even do the whois. I just automatically send it to namecheap. It's as though they are linked or set in stone in the spammer handbook. So if you are sick of clouflare ignoring the reports like I was, don't give up reporting them on spamcop. That adds the domain to the blacklist, reporting it to namecheap too, they see that spamcop blacklisted it and close the domain. I wish spamcop would report to namecheap too but whatever. I kind of think they don't do it because of the replies they would be bombed with from namecheap.
  5. Excellent idea! Yes I have that option on my account and been using it as long as you as well. I'm glad my post helped. And yes this is my first time I've encountered any errors too. It's good that enough of us came here to post that they should hopefully be able to quickly track down the problem and fix it. I've not used the CC option in so long I had forgot it was there.
  6. I've been getting what emanmb has been getting for a month now. I have to delete the report and file again other wise it tells me it's old and doesn't file the report. Happens about 5 times throughout the whole entire day. It's super annoying having to remove the "unreported spam" to send it again. I'm glad to know it's not just me though!
