System overload is understandable. but what is not logical is it reports nothing, instead of reporting the first few link.

Is there any regulatory authority in UK/EU/USA to report an ISP that is ok with sending spam?

I suggested the exact same thing a couple of years ago...
spamcop is seemingly on auto pilot. nothing gets improved unfortunately...
I have been reporting links manually since they don't even get detected by SC most of the times.

It started a few days ago, after I click Process spam, connection times out. Is it just me?
Firefox:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.spamcop.net. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Chromium:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
