I am okay now. The problem has been resolved. Thank you just the same. It's great there is a forum just in case some snafu happens, it's good to have a go to place for help.

I want to report spam but I am unable login to my account because I forgot my password. It has been quite sometime since I have used spam cop because I really did not understand how to use it. I think I understand better now and want to report spam but I am stuck without a password.
