I had internet with the company . The company has changed names 2 different times and they tell me without an account number they can’t help me . Any other ideas ?

Yes they have my password and I have no way to change it .

That’s the thing , the isp has changed names 2 times and because I don’t have an account ( internet ) with them anymore they say they can’t help me .
