Richard W Posted April 13, 2004 Share Posted April 13, 2004 A problem seems to have developed very recently with the reporting system accessing the various databases needed to bring up user accounts, as well as report history information. I've set off the pagers to get Julian's or Michael's attention for a fix ASAP. This is generally a communication problem between the servers and does not mean any information has been compromised or lost.
