Hi, nice to meet all of you.

I eventually send Business Advertises for increase my Company, obviously some Organizations like SpamCop and SpamHaus have detected me like a source of spam.

On the other hand i do not practice Invasive spam and do not use other virus or trojan to promote my sendings, i just send email from my own PC, to a limit and very controled list.

I need to know if exist any way to keep sending my advertisement with any number of rules taht give me the secureness to not be part of a SPAMER's list.

I ask you fi you have something to help me. i want to follow the rules but email marketing that i have been doing is very important to my business.

thanks a lot.

Thanks for your interest and for being proactive. Some of the main references that might help you 'here' are http://www.spamcop.net/reported.shtml (yes, reading it *before* you start mass-mailing is an excellent idea) and, through the link there http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/108.html for more specific guidance/information.

From a marketing perspective, you might be interested in http://website101.com/email_e-mail/ (SpamCop reporters would not agree with some of the perspectives there).

Also you may find some useful tips, back in the anti-spam realm in http://www.rickconner.net/spamweb/ethicalbulkmail.html Rick is a frequent contributor to the forums.

Basically, if you're sending e-mail, and I did not "opt-in" to your list, I consider that you are spamming.

Please keep in mind that those of us who have probably taken steps to join SpamCop and are reporting "business people" like you...it's because we're tired of getting junk mail that's not relevant to us.

If you've been flagged, then you might consider the fact that more than a few people have not felt that your "marketing e-mails" are relevant.

I would suggest finding another way to market your business.

Sorry for the negative tone, but I'm finally fed up with spam and doing something about it.

You say that your list is 'very controlled' - if it is controlled by using confirmed subscription, then you might consider that your computer is infected and is sending spam without your knowledge.

Also, if you use a shared IP address, then someone else using that IP address might have an infected computer.
