For what do you need to use a contact form, and where is this form? -- rick

For what do you need to use a contact form, and where is this form? -- rick Hi Rick, thanks for your reply. I was referring to my contact us page from my website. Anyway, I digged a little and convinced myself that the safest way is to use a contact form instead of displaying my email address. Since I don't know to much PHP, I am testing those remotely hosted form services that are available. I have do decide between http://kontactr.com/ and http://www.123contactform.com Any thoughts? rconner
Hi Rick, thanks for your reply. I was referring to my contact us page from my website. OK, sounds like you want to stop spammers from harvesting your address from your website. I don't know much about the products you mention, but you do want to make sure that these do not put your e-mail address somewhere in the contents of the form, or they will be useless for your purposes. You will find some other alternatives at http://www.rickconner.net/spamweb/avoiding.html. I use the Java scri_pt trick described there, it seems to have worked very well and does not require setting up a form. -- rick
