LoneWolf
My wife has a client that regularly gets the email that he sends blocked by SpamCop. However, we cannot see what server is doing the actual blocking and I don't think it is ours since we don't have any spam blocking options turned on for our account. It is possible that the host we are on has SpamCop enabled for all accounts without our knowledge, but I don't think that is the case. The message the client is getting back does not indicate where the block came from, just that their IP is in the blacklist. This is quite frustrating for the client (and he says that it only happens when sending email to my wife or myself) and for my wife. Is there a way we can find out which server is blocking the emails? And is there a way to re-route email around that server? Thanks Bill
SpamCopAdmin
If you want to have your client send me a complete copy of the delivery failure notice he is getting, maybe I can figure out what is going on. Send it to me at service[at]admin.spamcop.net - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - service[at]admin.spamcop.net - .
LoneWolf
Thank you Don. I have sent you an email that my wife got from the client (which he was originally trying to forward to me and that never got through to me). I really appreciate your help in this.
