Here an example tracking url (I have tens similar to this): http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z5172807396z5...1d8e6b7984dc23z Tens spamvertized illegal domains are hosted on the abused IP 46.254.68.226 (often change). I don't know why the request was denied.
