HCMelnik Posted April 20, 2004 Share Posted April 20, 2004 For the past 12+ hours, I have not been able to access any reports; I receive the emails telling me I have unreported spam, but when I try to access them, the web site does not respond. StevenUnderwood Posted April 20, 2004 Share Posted April 20, 2004 I am not experiencing problems with either the paid or free reporting sites so this is just some basic troubleshooting... Please ask any additional questions you may have as I don't know your level of expertise. Is this for paid reporting (http://mailsc.spamcop.net/) or free reporting (http://www.spamcop.net/)? This could make a difference which servers you are trying to reach. Have you tried going to the site without using the link provided (try the ones above) in the emails and looking for the Report spam link? Do you have a bookmark for the reporting page you know worked at one time? Have you tried clearing the cache in your web browser? Have you tried pinging the servers to see if you can reach them from where you are? What IP address does the server above resolve to? They should both be akamai.net addresses.
