SpamCop 98
Not only does this report prevent me from appealing, but ARIN says the abuse contact for 208.77.97.13 is abuse/at/rapidvps.com. I do get a LOT of spam from the dallas.net/catalog.com neighborhood. I would like to appeal this if possible, clearly spam has not ceased.

I don't see any web URL being tracked, and only one user (you) is reporting the source of the email, 209.217.36.101 = loki.catalog.com. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - service[at]admin.spamcop.net - . SpamCop 98
Specifically what to you want to appeal? I don't see any web URL being tracked, and only one user (you) is reporting the source of the email, 209.217.36.101 = loki.catalog.com. When I receive a message that "ISP has indicated spam will cease," and the spam item came after the date cited in that line as is the case here, I recall having an opportunity to appeal in the past. Am I mis-remembering?
turetzsr
<snip> I recall having an opportunity to appeal in the past. Am I mis-remembering? ...Is StevenUnderwood's reply in SpamCop Forum article "URLs not reported" (sentence that begins with "If you are a paid account holder") helpful?
