Notification of Limited Account Access

The problem is that I didn't submit this email to spamcop at all. It looks like the system sending the paypal spam sent the mail directly to my spamcop reporting address. I only use spamcop from my laptop at home (thunderbird running on Kubuntu) and my spamcop reporting address isn't even in my address book so I'm trying to work out what is going on here.

Hi Steve,

Hopefully Don (SpamCop Admin) might pick this up shortly, if he doesn't you'd best write to him (service[at]admin.spamcop.net) about this. Possibly your submit address has "leaked" into the wild somehow, hard to imagine though that might seem. Anyway, I'm sure he's seen it all before, whatever it is.
