Reason: that forum's purpose is described as "Problems, Tips, Hints, Suggestions ... non-SpamCop provided tools to be discussed here" but this inquiry is about a "SpamCop" provided tool (well, actually not, it's a CES-provided tool, but I'm pretty confident that it was the Forum creator's intent to consider SpamCop e-mail to be considered a SpamCop tool for this purpose <g>).
