Polyergic Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I have three apparent replies to one SpamCop report each of which contains an apparent error message followed by the SpamCop report. All three replies are from abuse[at]locaweb.com.br with subject "User could not be loaded" ---- The error messages are: User 'xxxxxxxxxx[at]reports.spamcop.net' could not be loaded in the mail gateway ---- RT could not load a valid user, and RT's configuration does not allow for the creation of a new user for your email. ---- User creation failed in mailgateway: Could not set user info ---- What should I do with these? Are they spam?
SpamCopAdmin Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 >- Are they spam? Definitely not spam. Replies to your reports are solicited by definition. You complained, so you should expect a response. Or multiple responses. The content of the response is irrelevant. Please EMAIL a complete copy of their response email to me so I can review it. SpamCopAdmin Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I disabled reports for abuse[at]locaweb.com.br. No point in sending them reports if they send error messages instead of accepting the reports. - Don D'Minion - SpamCop Admin - - Service[at]Admin.SpamCop.net -
