This will not affect the email system *except* email users who report spam may notice the reporting system is down:

The SpamCop.net Reporting Service is scheduled to be offline and unavailable for up to two (2) hours beginning at 1:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, August 5, 2013. The reason for the outage is to upload updates to the SpamCop.net Reporting Service. Users should notice little change as this is mainly background software updates, though there are some feature changes including provision allowing for some issues to be fixed with a hot patch later in the week. The new version will show as SpamCop.net v4.8.0.051
