while logging into both http://members.spamcop.net/ (free account) and http://mailsc.spamcop.net/ (paid account).

SpamCop is not responding. I don't know why.

I paged our 24hr Sysops team.

I've been unable to get in as well. I feel bad because I thought I had searched everywhere to see if anyone else had the problem before trying to contact them by email. (Their online reporting mechanism failed.) It occurred to me to Google "spamcop outage" within the last 24 hours, and that's when I found your post.

I am unable to log on to my Held Mail folder as well! Seems as one error gets fixed another one emerges!
