mrmaxx
Tracking link: http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z5638629680z1...f9cdf4b952277dz 211.49.128.0/17 is regisitered to SKBROADBAND.COM. Their abuse address is abuse[at]skbroadband.com. Alternate email would be ip-adm[at]skbroadband.com. Of course, SpamCop has other email addresses when I plug in skbroadband.com, so you may want to add those.
Richard7310
Yes, a stop-gap resolution until SC is better able to find Republic of Korea abuse addresses. Something happened some time ago with source whois.apnic.net, such that queries of SmartWhois for Korean IPs are also inadequate, making it necessary to do a Custom Query of whois.krnic.net .
