Daily Email Count - limit on out going emails and group aliases

Recommended Posts

I have hit my daily limit of outgoing emails.

I have a group alias I use to send/copy emails to about 15 recipients. If I send emails to this group alias, does this count as 15 toward my daily limit?

I'm thinking yes because I hit my limit today (which I almost never do) while sending to this group several times.

Ugh.

Didn't know there was a daily limit

What is it?

Suggest a problem report to find out log-on/in

Hit problem button

Seems a bit of a low number "15" to me

You may have to use your ISP's "smtp" to send

Pay to run a scan on your computer just in case :excl:

Spamcop Admin(s).

The "Problem" report button on Webmail is broken. It (re)forms the email address and then validates its own reformed email address and then refuses to forward a problem report because it doesn't like its own email format. Sigh.

So, you can't report a problem via Webmail front end.

Please raise my daily limit from 75 to 150. Or email me and tell me why not. This is a huge PIA. Thanks.

You might need to e-mail them Chris:

service[at]cesmail.net or support[at]spamcop.net

(thanks to Don in http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...ost&p=84167).

Or try the other mail contact form:

(thanks to dbiel in http://forum.spamcop.net/scwik/HowToContactSpamCopStaff).

Please also mention the broken "Problem" button if you do.
