A B
Cannot find any current reference to abuse[at]dtag.de, but instead this: Abuse contact for '217.0.0.0 - 217.5.127.255' is 'abuse[at]telekom.de' (where abuse[at]telekom.de is just an alias for abuse[at]t-online.de, according to the response I got from them, see http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=14138) It looks like SpamCop is now able to detect the abuse address by itself for Deutsche Telekom networks and even redirects to the canonical address, so it might be the best thing to just delete the static route.
