AJR
E.g. tracking URL https://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z6075562062z278ba0e224984ceac2993d8065907cf8z Sometimes I see spam etc. from Google servers (e.g. compromised Gmail accounts), and when I try to report these the parser correctly identifies the abuse address as arin-contact[at]google.com but then says "Reports disabled". Any ideas why I can't send reports to Google?
Lking
If I remember correctly the last Google link I saw also said 'Google requested not to see reports from SC.' Not wanting to send unwanted email (spam) SpamCop respects Google's request and doesn't send them reports. That said, There is nothing that keeps you from sending Google a nice note informing them that (yet another) one of their mail accounts has been compromised and is being used to send spam.
