If abuse.net has no result, SpamCop should use the address found in whois, instead of a (maybe nonexistent) postmaster address

Another inadequate behavior of SpamCop: If abuse.net has no result, it should use the address found in whois, not defaulting to a postmaster address, at least for some role like mailbox names.

inetnum: 103.27.236.0 - 103.27.239.255

remarks: send spam and abuse report to admin[at]lvsolution.vn

[...]

Using abuse net on admin[at]lvsolution.vn
No abuse net record for lvsolution.vn
Using default postmaster contacts postmaster[at]lvsolution.vn
postmaster[at]lvsolution.vn bounces (9 sent : 6 bounces)

Using postmaster#lvsolution.vn[at]devnull.spamcop.net for statistical tracking.
I will now add the address to the abuse.net database, but this general behavior should be fixed on SpamCop's side as well.
