Masterkey
Greetings, I have been using spamcop for years now. I have 6 accounts filtered with spamcop. I receive aprox 400 spam mails a day Just recently I have gone into my held mail to report the spam I am receiving. I had my settings set up to display 50 message a per page then manually report them using the quick reporting system. Now when I go into my held mail I only get 7 message displayed and can not find out where I can increase that back to 50. With the huge numbers of spam I receive It would take me a long time to only do 7 at a time. So where does one find the setting to increase the number of held mail displayed per page? Thanks. Wazoo
Per JT a number of months ago; You can set your webmail preferences to display 500 messages per page, then go through the pages, using select all and delete. It will take a few minutes, but not too many clicks. Hope that "preferences" link is somewhat obvious on your screen ..??

StevenUnderwood
The setting I gave you was for the webmail interface. I don't think you can adjust the VER page setting you posted. I thought that page was limited to 100 messages. That you are only seeing 7 at a time is a different problem with the VER page that will probably need to be looked at by a deputy or bumped up the chain by them. Email them at: deputies<at>spamcop.net To access the webmail Held Mail folder, select it from the pull down at the upper right corner of the webmail page or by clicking the folder icon at the top of the webmail screen. You can quick report from that page by selecting the messages and clicking "Report as spam" or submit for full reporting by selecting the messages and clicking "Forward" to your submit address. Good luck ad keep us updated.
