Sewi Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 Hi, I know... this is no APEWS forum, they abuse it by referring people here. I also read the What to do if you're on APEWS article. Anyway this should be documented somewhere. Please ignore this post if you don't care about APEWS. APEWS entry E-1718287 is outdated: Entry matching your Query: E-1718287 185.3.176.0/20 CASE: C-131 Unallocated CIDR, no traffic until allocated, or allocated to bad reputation provider or allocated but dynamic / generically named IPs, or bogons, see www.cidr-report.org, or orphaned IP / CIDR in routing table History: Entry created 2014-08-18 The entry now also covers lots of different provider allocations: inetnum: 185.3.176.0 - 185.3.179.255 netname: NL-NETWORKCONCEPTS-20120921 inetnum: 185.3.180.0 - 185.3.183.255 netname: RU-REDCOM-20120321 inetnum: 185.3.184.0 - 185.3.187.255 netname: DE-EGENTIC-20120921 inetnum: 185.3.188.0 - 185.3.191.255 netname: AM-IUNETWORKS-20140702 Each of these providers might or might not be worth an APEWS listing, but at least they should be handled independently.
lisati Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Contrary to what seems to be a popular opinion, this is NOT the place to request removal from APEWS. Unless your email is being blocked because of a listing, it is safe to ignore listings at APEWS - no reputable mail provider uses it to filter incoming email. As far as I know the information in this article from 2007 still applies: http://www.dnsbl.com/2007/08/what-to-do-if-you-are-listed-on-apews.html
